Elite Dev builds websites for $500 ex GST (one page), $1,000 ex GST (up to five pages) and $2,500 ex GST (up to twelve pages). Anything larger, or anything needing custom functionality, is quoted on scope before work starts.
You should not have to book a call to find out what a website costs.

What is not included
Said plainly, so there are no surprises.
These are the things that turn a fixed price into an argument if nobody mentions them.
Domain and hosting fees
Your domain registration and hosting are paid by you. We can manage hosting for you, quoted separately, and the account stays in your name.
Photography and logo design
We work with what you have and will tell you when the photos are letting the site down. Branding is a separate job.
Ongoing marketing
The build gets you a site. SEO and Google Ads are separate monthly services — and we will tell you if you do not need them yet.
Frequently asked questions
Is GST included?
No. All prices are ex GST. GST is added to your invoice.
Do I pay it all upfront?
No. A deposit to start and the balance on completion, before the site goes live. The exact split is in your quote.
What if I need more pages later?
Additional pages are quoted individually. We do not force you up a tier for one extra page.
What counts as a page?
A distinct URL with its own content. A home page, an about page and four service pages is six. Navigation, footer and legal pages are not counted against your tier.
Why is a one-page site $500 and not $99?
Because at $99 nobody writes your copy, sets up your tracking, checks it on a phone or answers the phone afterwards. You can buy a template for less. We are not competing with that.
Do you charge for changes after launch?
Small changes in the first fortnight are part of the build. After that, either pay as you go or take a care plan — whichever suits how often you change things.
