How much does an AI automation agency cost?

What is n8n?
A workflow automation platform. Think of it as a set of building blocks that connect the tools you already pay for — your website forms, your CRM, your email, your accounting — so data moves between them without anyone copying and pasting. We run our own operation on it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be able to describe the job you want removed. We handle the rest and document it so you are not dependent on us to understand your own systems.
What happens if an automation breaks?
They do break — an API changes, a service goes down. We build in error handling and alerting so you find out from us rather than from a customer, and ongoing monitoring is part of how we run them.
Is this the same as GoHighLevel?

Do the automations run without a human?
That is your call, workflow by workflow. Anything that publishes content or contacts a customer keeps an approval step by default, so you sign off before it goes out. Fully hands-off runs suit jobs where the rules are clear and the risk is low, and we agree where the person sits before we build.
Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?
No. We are based in Brisbane, but automation is built and monitored remotely, so we work with businesses anywhere in Australia on the same terms.
