Anything requiring a decision about a customer keeps a person in the loop. That is a design rule, not a limitation of the tools.

Up to 3 pages $500. Up to 10 pages $1,000. Up to 25 pages $2,500. All ex GST, quoted before we start. Bigger or custom builds are priced on scope.

What does an automation cost?
It is quoted on scope rather than published as a tier, because the range is genuinely wide — a single workflow that moves enquiries into a CRM is a small job; an agent that handles a whole back-office process is not. We scope it and give you a fixed number before starting.
What is n8n?
A workflow automation platform. Think of it as a set of building blocks that connect the tools you already pay for — your website forms, your CRM, your email, your accounting — so data moves between them without anyone copying and pasting. We run our own operation on it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be able to describe the job you want removed. We handle the rest and document it so you are not dependent on us to understand your own systems.
What happens if an automation breaks?
They do break — an API changes, a service goes down. We build in error handling and alerting so you find out from us rather than from a customer, and ongoing monitoring is part of how we run them.
Is this the same as GoHighLevel?
