Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own n8n account?
You can have one, or we can run it for you. Owning it yourself is more transparent and means you are never locked in; we are happy either way.
What can it connect to?
Several hundred services natively — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, Stripe, Slack, most CRMs — and anything with an API beyond that. If a tool has no API we will tell you upfront rather than quoting around it.
How long does one take to build?
A straightforward workflow is usually days rather than weeks. The scoping conversation is often longer than the build, because getting the process right matters more than the wiring.
What if my process changes?
Workflows are edited, not rebuilt. Small changes are quick. This is one reason we document them properly.
