An agent with one clear job is reliable. An agent asked to 'handle admin' is not. We scope narrow deliberately.

Is this just a chatbot?
No. A chatbot returns text. An agent takes actions — reading a system, updating a record, creating a task, sending a draft for approval. The value is in the actions.
What stops it doing something wrong?
Scope and checkpoints. It only has access to what the task needs, and anything consequential waits for a person. We would rather build something narrower that you trust.
Where does our data go?
We will tell you exactly which services process what, before you commit. If data residency or privacy obligations apply to your industry, raise it at scoping and we will design around it.
How is this priced?
Scoped and quoted as a fixed price for the build, plus the running cost of the underlying services, which we estimate for you upfront.
